Mixing your own colors with clay opens up a world of creative possibilities. In this post, we’ll explore how to create a warm, earthy Olive Yellow. Step-by-step, we’ll guide you through the process to achieve this unique shade, perfect for adding a rustic charm to your clay projects.

Supplies
Polymer Clay
Polymer clay comes in a variety of colors. To mix the color Olive Yellow you will need the colors Poppy Seed and Canary Yellow in the Sculpey Souffle brand.
Condition the Clay
To condition the clay you will need an acrylic roller or my preferred method is using a pasta machine for clay.
A pasta roller makes it easy to condition your polymer clay. It also helps achieve a consistent thickness of your clay when creating earrings.
