Mixing your own clay allows you to create distinctive colors tailored to your creative projects. In this post, we’re excited to show you how to mix a vibrant persimmon color. This lively, orange-red shade brings a fresh, energetic vibe to any piece. Follow along as we guide you through the process to achieve this bright and cheerful color.

Supplies
Polymer Clay
Polymer clay comes in a variety of colors. To mix the color Persimmon you will need the colors Canary Yellow and Cherry Pie Red in the Sculpey Souffle brand.
Condition the Clay
To condition the clay you will need an acrylic roller or my preferred method is using a pasta machine for clay.
A pasta roller makes it easy to condition your polymer clay. It also helps achieve a consistent thickness of your clay when creating earrings.
